Dr. Kavita Arora

PhD., MS OT., MS PT., BCBA., LBA

Program Director

Dr. Kavita Arora is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as well as a physical and occupational therapist. She has over 25 yrs of experience of working with children with all types of disorders. She specializes in working with children with Autism and believes in a holistic and multidisciplinary team approach to working with children with all types of diagnosis.

Nikhat Bedi

M.Sc (Clinical Psych)., BCBA., LBA

Clinical Director

Nikhat Bedi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has extensive experience working with children presenting with a range of needs, from very severe developmental disabilities to those with mild challenges. Nikhat Bedi completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology and then went on to pursue her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Within her role as a Clinical Supervisor, she oversees the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis -based educational programming for clients ranging between the ages of 2 to 22  years old. In addition, she is responsible for training front-line staff, creating and overseeing evidence-based treatment procedures for behavior reduction, as well as, developing curriculum objectives in collaboration with external consultants.
